There is nothing else to say. I could not ever fully express in writing my gratitude, my respect, or my awe for those how have served or are currently serving. Thank you for keeping our country free, for the sacrifices you have made, and for your willingness to serve. I appreciate and respect your service thank you so very much for what you do.

–Charles Town, West Virginia resident Frank Buckles is the last know living American who served in World War One. Buckles, who is now 108, enlisted in the Army when he was 16.
